Collaborated closely with the Lead Teacher to establish a positive and nurturing environment in our Pre-K classroom. During engaging circle time discussions, we facilitated open conversations about feelings and imparted essential self-regulation skills, such as deep breathing and effective communication. One particular deep breathing exercise, "hot soup" breathing, derived from the delightful book "Breathe Like A Bear" by Kira Willey, became a favorite among my students.

Furthermore, I co-managed Over The Rainbow's social media platforms, including Google My Business, Instagram, and Facebook. With a creative touch, I regularly crafted compelling content, ranging from IG TV/Reels, videos, Facebook Live sessions, Flickr albums, to event photography. These efforts effectively communicated the center's core values of Heart, Fun, Integrity, Growth, and Diversity, resonating with our followers and the wider community. Additionally, I took charge of producing monthly newsletters, giving them a complete makeover to enhance their visual appeal and effectiveness. Utilizing Microsoft Word, I skillfully designed and crafted the newsletters to ensure consistent and impactful communication with parents. By incorporating attractive layouts, engaging content, and relevant images, I transformed the newsletters into powerful communication tools that effectively conveyed important information and updates to the parent community.
